Two Davenports: the historic town and the resort corridor
The City of Davenport has a small historic downtown on the National Register, with older homes on the streets around it. Most of the growth, though, is out along US-27 toward I-4 and Posner Park, where gated golf communities like Ridgewood Lakes and Providence sit near vacation-home resorts such as Solterra.
Many homes with a Davenport address are rentals with a private pool, so the pool deck takes heavy foot traffic, chlorinated water and constant sun. A good paver deck handles all of that, and a single damaged paver can be lifted and replaced instead of patching a whole slab.

I own a vacation rental in Davenport and live out of state. Can you still quote it?
Yes. Someone has to let us onto the property for the site visit, whether that's you, a property manager or a neighbor. After that we can handle the estimate by phone and email, and the written price follows within two days of the visit.
Can you work between guest stays?
Tell us your booking gaps when we schedule. Small repairs and sealing can often fit a short window. A full pool deck replacement takes longer, and we'll give you a realistic schedule up front.
Does my community need to sign off first?
Many of the gated and resort communities around Davenport have an HOA or architectural committee. Getting that approval is on the homeowner. We'll give you the paver product, color and pattern details to send in.
Do you work in the historic part of town too?
Yes. Older homes around the downtown historic district get walkways, driveways and patios from us the same as newer neighborhoods.
