A place that crosses county lines

Four Corners isn't one town, and that matters for your project

Four Corners is an unincorporated area where Lake, Orange, Osceola and Polk counties meet. US-27 and US-192 cross about a mile west of the point where the four county lines meet, I-4 runs along part of the southern edge, and the Western Beltway (SR-429) cuts through the eastern side.

The area has grown very quickly, mostly with newer subdivisions and vacation homes. That means a lot of builder-grade concrete, pools that were finished with a basic deck, and owners who want something better.

Our coverage: we work the Polk County portion, mostly along the US-27 corridor north of I-4. That's about 27 miles from Lakeland, around 35 to 40 minutes by interstate.

Newer homes, real upgrades

Where pavers make the biggest difference here

Most homes here are newer builds with a standard concrete drive, a narrow walk and a small slab under the lanai. Swapping the drive for pavers, extending the back patio past the screen, or redoing the pool deck changes how the whole house looks and feels.

Because so many homes are rentals or second homes, owners also ask us to fix tripping edges and sunken spots quickly, before the next guest arrives.

Four Corners FAQ

County-line questions, answered

How do I know if my home is on the Polk side?

Your property tax bill or the county property appraiser site shows which county your parcel is in. Many Four Corners homes have a Davenport or Clermont mailing address, so the ZIP code alone won't tell you.

I'm in the Osceola or Lake County part. Will you still come out?

Call and ask. We're a Polk County company, so we focus on Polk addresses. Some nearby jobs work out and some don't, and we'll tell you on the first call.

Whose permit rules apply?

The county or city your home is in, plus your HOA if you have one. Permits and HOA approval are handled by the homeowner, and we provide the paver details your application needs.

Can you build a deck for a new pool?

Yes, once the pool contractor is done with the shell and plumbing. We coordinate the deck around the coping and the screen enclosure footings.
